How can I order a large quantity of items. ie. Bulk or Wholesale?

All items in our store are available to order bulk or wholesale.
We are more than happy to accept bulk and wholesale orders and are able to offer a discount on these orders, as well as competitive tracked shipping rates. Please message us with the your requirements and we will send you a quote with dispatch and shipping timeframes.

How do I order more than one personalised item?

If you would like to order multiple items with different personalisation, please complete the personalisation details for each item, add to basket, then repeat for each item you would like to order.

I need to receive my order by a specific date, is this possible?

Yes, we have express delivery available for most items, but if you would like to ensure you receive your order by a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate this.

I have received my item and it is incorrect/ and or damaged, what should I do?

Please message us as soon as you receive the package with a photo to confirm the mistake/ damage. Please note, all damaged items must be returned, before a refund can be issued.

I received my order, but an item is missing, what should I do?

Please message us on the day of receipt, with a picture of your package and the items you have received and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

I am dissatisfied with my order and would like a refund?

Please message us on the day of receipt, with a picture of your package and the items you have received and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

I would like a refund?

Please message us to arrange a refund and this will be issued minus the original postage costs.

I made a spelling mistake/ selected the wrong option when ordering. What should I do?

Please take care when adding the personalisation for your order and when making any selections. Orders are always processed as received and we are not responsible for spelling mistakes or any other details entered by Customers.
If we do notice a possible discrepancy, we will of course try to reach out to you, however if we do not receive a reply, the order will be processed as received.
If you order and notice that you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, so the mistake can be rectified before dispatch.
We will not refund orders which have already been dispatched, due to the wrong spelling or selection being made by the Customer.
