We encourage you to order in plenty of time, as delivery issues can unexpectedly occur.
How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days, with delivery times on top of this. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. Please do check your junk email box also.
How long does delivery take?
UK ORDERS
Our Standard delivery is dispatched using Royal Mail, first class post.
Our Express/ Next day delivery is dispatched using Royal Mail, Special Delivery, which usually arrives the next day before 1pm.
EUROPEAN ORDERS
Usually take 3-10 working days (1-2 weeks) though it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS
Typically take 4-17 working days (1-3 weeks) though it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

How much does delivery cost?
UK ORDERS
Our Standard delivery costs £1.99 and is free for orders £50 and over.
Our Express/ next day delivery costs £5.99.
EUROPEAN ORDERS
Our Standard delivery costs £4.99 and tracked orders cost £8.99.

REST OF WORLD ORDERS
Our Standard delivery costs £5.99 and tracked orders cost £9.99.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Shipping charges vary as to where your items are being sent, and how heavy the package is.
My delivery hasn't arrived yet?
You can track your order status from your order confirmation email, and subsequent dispatch confirmation email. The latter will contain your tracking information.
Please also check with neighbours or your local delivery office, if no one was in to accept it.
All of our delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, once we pass our items over to our delivery partner, delays are out of our control. We will however try our best to assist where we can, as we know how important it is to get your orders on time.

We are unable to resend items that have not yet passed the above timeframes, due to parcels occassionally taking this long to arrive, due to circumstances outside of our control, such as customs, etc.
What is your returns policy?
You must return your items by post no later than 14 days after the items were posted to you. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and return your items using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items which go missing.
You must pay for delivery costs, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item has been defective. The item needs to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods. (For example, boxed goods, garments and gift items).
UK ONLY - If you are returning all the items in the order, we will refund the cost of the initial delivery charge, up to the value of the Standard delivery charge. We will not refund costs for Special Delivery charges. If you are not returning all the items in the order, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded to you.
You will be refunded using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item(s). You will be refunded no later tha 14 days after the day we receive the items you are returning.
What should I do if my order arrives incorrect, damaged or complete?
If there is an error with your order, please contact us so that we can send a replacement or issue a refund, as preferred.
On the rare occassion an order arrives damaged, faulty or sent in error, please firstly accept our apologies - we try our best to ensure each customer gets a perfect service. We always try to quality check our items, but we are only human so of course the odd fault or mistake may slip through. When this happens, we will try out best to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please contact, specifying the damage or fault and we will get back to you with the next steps.
